📍 Hamilton Audubon Sanctuary Trail - West Bath, ME - 3.1 miles

Hamilton Audubon Sanctuary is so special to me because it was the first trail that I ever did on my own. It wasn’t a mountain, but it was beautiful nonetheless. From strolling through the woods, to relaxing at the water, and enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature, this trail was a perfect way to enjoy a spring afternoon in Maine.

After a beautiful sunset walk last night I must say, April showers really do bring May flowers. 🌸

For me, there is something so peaceful about walking as the sun is setting. It’s almost like meditating because it allows me to clear my mind and free it from all that is going on around me. It helps me release the stress of daily life and recharge my energy for the next day. Plus, the fiery sky and all of the flowers really help with that mood boost. ☀️✨
