A Season to Bloom

Hello,
Come wander with me.

Peaceofmind.y is a collection of stories, places, and quiet moments that helped me find my way back to myself. We all fall into dark seasons. We carry trauma, stay too long in places that hurt us, and sometimes believe there is no way out. But there is.
Healing begins the moment you choose yourself. The moment you start asking what makes you feel alive and give yourself permission to follow it. For me, that path was nature and travel. And this space exists to remind you that a softer, freer life is possible for you too.
I am Mindy, the heart behind Peaceofmind.y. What began as a quiet place to share peaceful moments on Maine trails has grown into a home for my travels, photography, poetry, and personal reflections. These are the things that help me feel alive, grounded, and hopeful again.
